Warren County Memorial Library

Sited in historic downtown Warrenton, this new facility provided needed space for expansion and growth of this rapidly developing community and its library services. The library offers a large Community Meeting Room located just off the main entry with adjacent restrooms to allow for independent event and evening use. Library services were greatly expanded from the existing facility and include a Special Collections Room, Local History Collection and a dedicated Teen Area. The plans also included a Computer Lab for public computer use as well as serving as a Training Lab for both County personnel and patrons. The open floor plan was designed with limited staffing in mind and allows for staff to monitor the entire library with limited travel. This open plan also allows for flexibility in the ever-changing climate of library design and library services.
