RBSA provided full architectural services for Chevrolet marketing design collaboration with Gensler Group involving complete renovations to the exterior & interior updating the corporate image, infill and conditioning of previous open spaces, and full new facades of aluminum composite panels as well. The scope of the client’s renovations exceeded their ability to occupy the existing structure during construction. As part of the construction contract, RBSA managed the leasing, set-up, and operations of an on-site, temporary office trailer. Key to the success of this project was careful project management as the dealership remained in operation throughout the construction process.
