Wallace Educational Forum - Rowan-Salisbury School System Administrative Offices

RBSA worked with the School System to consolidate all administrative departments into one central facility. This 3-Story building includes a Main Floor Multi-Purpose/School Board Meeting Room as well as Finance, Human Resources and the Main IT Equipment Room. The second floor serves the School Superintendent’s Office along with 9 other administrative departments. The third floor includes a large Training Room as well as 4 other departments and future expansion space. This dome topped building serves as an anchor to the North End of Main Street Salisbury. Given the downtown location and the need for a large parking lot, an underground storm water filter system was used to maximize the 2 acre site. RBSA worked with the School System and Barnhill Construction Company on a Design Build GMP delivery method for this new facility.
