Rowan County Parks & Recreation Study

RBSA worked with the Rowan County Parks and Recreation Department and Victus Advisors on a Feasibility Study and Economic Impact Analysis for multiple proposed Sports Complexes in Rowan County. Four separate sites were investigated, with multiple schematic designs, and the owner’s desire to build in phases. The goal was to identify market demand for both local sports use and regional sports tourism. The consultants identified specific needs, recommended programming and analyzed potential sites and each one’s associated costs.
