This facility consists of 48,040 sq. ft. on the ground floor housing administrative offices, meeting spaces, lobby, swimming pool, gymnasium, aerobics and fitness equipment rooms, dressing rooms and bath facilities, raquetball courts, nursery, kitchen and mechanical areas. A 1,160 sq. ft. basement room houses the pool equipment. A 4,795 sq. ft. second level over the gymnasium contains the running track and cardio-vascular fitness area with an individual toilet and janitor's closet. Completed in January 2001 at a cost of $5,196,439.
