Renovation of the one-story addition (approximately 2,256 sq. ft.) to the original Roller Mills, a new attached rear entry, ramp and terrace as well as some site work.  Included demolition, structural improvements, new restrooms, a new kitchen, information/museum store and reconfiguration of existing spaces to create a meeting room.  Project also included maintenance items at the historic China Grove Roller Mill building including storm water management, a new metal roof, installation of a sump pump, foundation vents, and new concrete floor at the existing basement level of the original Roller Mill.
