This project consisted of renovating an existing two-story former bank building (approximately 11,000 sq. ft. total) and partial basement.  Renovation of the building supported all traditional bank retail and commercial functions and corporate offices, which included key building support systems (i.e. plumbing, mechanical, electrical, computers, telephones, etc.).  Exterior and interior was renovated with modifications of existing skylights and installation of new skylight and installation of new toilet and kitchen facilities.

The new bank construction consisted of at two story building supported all traditional bank retail and commercial functions and corporate offices with a total of 6,412 sq. ft. The building consisted of masonry load bearing walls, steel columns and beams, metal bar joists, single ply roofing, aluminum storefront windows and doors, wood doors and hollow metal frames and a new sprinkler system in specific Computer Rooms, etc. Project was completed in August 2007 at a cost of $2,057,502
